To get started, download the Good To Go Cups app and purchase your cup exchange membership for $19.99. The membership includes 50 cup uses + three “Forgot My Cup” allowances. Your first cup use will be waiting for you at any participating coffee shop.

Now your reuse journey begins, and it can take you anywhere...literally.

Just find a participating coffee shop and let them know you are a Good To Go Cups member when ordering your drink. Most participating shops offer a per-drink discount for using a Good To Go Cup.

The flexibility of the Good To Go Cups exchange program allows you to exercise your cup uses however is most convenient for you.

When you partner with Good To Go Cups, we give you a set of our 16 oz reusable cups and lids free of charge. We manage the inventory so you don’t have to worry about too many, or too few cups.

We also send you a complete launch kit that will help promote the program in-store. We will promote you on social media and our website.

We are happy to help train staff and customers in-person or virtually.

We want to make it easy for shops to participate, which is why we chose to have the customer take charge.

Purchasing a cup exchange membership and the management of the exchange is done by the customer through the Good To Go Cups app.

Customers bring in their cup to exchange for a new drink in a clean Good To Go Cup. When they order their drink, customers scan the shop-specific QR code we provide. That scan confirms their cup exchange on the app.

Shops are responsible for washing cups. Our cups are commercial dishwasher safe.

At the end of a cup’s life, we will collect it to send to our manufacturer to be ground up and made into a new cup — a true closed-loop system.
